Microtouch how does it work

I did waste my money unfortunately. What made it worse was not even getting a storage box for it and the accessories. It was a huge rip-off! I agree. I bought two of these, one being a Christmas present for my boyfriend. I saw the commercial and thought this would be incredible if it works as stated. I bought it. It does not live up to any of the claims. In fact, I was upset that it was false advertising. In the instruction booklet, it actually states that the product leaves a uniform stubble.

Hey, I bought the product to get rid of the stubble. What a piece of junk. I should have read the reviews before I wasted my money. It certainly did not trim any. This thing is next to worthless. It cuts through very fine back of neck hair and ok for nose hair. Got mine at a big box store for about 10 bucks. You can get a nice trimmer kit with multiple attachments for a little over I bought a Micro Touch Max Trimmer and was amazed at how well it worked — once then it stopped working.

The initial performance was so impressive I assumed that I had gotten one that had flaws so I bought two more of the deluxe model. My experience was identical to the first. The device functioned as expected for one use then totally stopped working. It takes a lot of time to cut the hair. Longer cutting time consumes a lot of battery juice and you will need a ton of AA batteries. Our product experts recommend buying Corded electric clippers if you have to cut hair at home.

Blades Cannot be Replaced — though the TitaniumTrim. There is no way you can replace the blades. Once the blades are dull the clipper unit is good for nothing. Uneven Haircut — Reviewers complain that the underpowered motor of the Micro Touch Titanium Trim leaves uneven lines of hair, there is no precision. If you think you would get salon quality results with this as seen on tv clipper, you are grossly mistaken. Personal Use Only — This is for personal use where you want to do a haircut for yourself once a month or so.

The Micro Touch Titanium Trim is not suited for professional use. Do not expect it would do multiple haircuts a day. It is too slow and underpowered to be a Professional haircut tool.

Our Verdict Micro Touch Titanium Trim is not the only battery operated hair clipper in the market, there are several of them out there and they are tried and tested. The Micro Touch Titanium Trim is more of an vanity item and has very little functional value.

It is an underpowered battery operated hair clipper that tries to trim hair like a dedicated trimmer too, unfortunately it fails miserably on both the fronts.

We do not recommend the TitaniumTrim. There are better electric clippers out there in the market. We recommend buying a dedicated hair clipper instead of buying a multi-use tool [Clipper and Trimmer]. Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment. What is the Micro Touch Titanium Trim? We were informed that they did not know that either and suggested us to "Google it.

This is a big drawback for the company. If we take a closer look at the real users' reviews, we will see that many of people are not satisfied with their purchase. Some of them even call the product to be a piece of junk and call others not to waste their money! One guy reports that he likes to keep his beard trimmed short, so he decided to try the MicroTouch but all it did was rake through his beard, cutting nothing off.

The man tried the "shaver function" to shape his beard but it did nothing again. Many other customers say that the product is cheaply made. One user confesses that he could purchase a similar device at a local store at a lower cost. Besides, he would be able to return it. Instead, he bought the MicroTouch Solo directly from the manufacturer and used it for a month. After that the product broke when the man was trying to remove one of the guides.

It was not the user's fault, though. The blade is held on with tiny plastic nubs which broke. They cannot be replaced anymore. Another user writes in his review that the device does not charge fully, the red light stays on no matter how long it is being charged. He is also shocked with the fact that it rips the hair out of his face. It is not suitable for facial hair. It may be alright for thin hair on arms or legs, though.

He had to switch to the Philips one which works much better. The commercial of the product is made so perfectly that it made one man buy two of these things. After getting his purchase, he realized that he hated it. He wanted to return the product but the customer service told him that he had to pay the shipping and handling fee.

The man is sure that it's a scam. I hoped that this razor would give me a clean shave but I was very disappointed. Besides, it always leaves stubble behind. This is a lousy device that was misrepresented.
